Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReactHub mobile application, this website, and related services (collectively, “ReactHub”) operated by ReactHub. By downloading, accessing, or using ReactHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ReactHub.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use ReactHub. If you use ReactHub on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your account or use ReactHub through unauthorized automated means or bots. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@react-hub.com.

4. License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReactHub for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer ReactHub except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.

5. User content

You retain rights in content you create and share (posts, snaps, Reacts, messages, and similar materials). You grant ReactHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and moderate ReactHub. You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReactHub to post or engage in illegal content, harassment, hate, exploitation, intellectual property infringement, malware, spam, scraping abuse, impersonation, or other misuse. You must also follow our Community Guidelines.

7. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or that create risk for users or the service.

8. Intellectual property

ReactHub name, logos, software, and branding are owned by ReactHub or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as needed to identify your use of the app.

9. Third-party services and app stores

ReactHub may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms. Those platforms’ terms may also apply. ReactHub may rely on third-party services (for example hosting, push notifications, or authentication). We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimers

ReactHub is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that ReactHub will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian consumer protection and other laws, ReactHub and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ReactHub. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReactHub from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of ReactHub, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using ReactHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario, Canada will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your province or territory of residence.

15. Dispute resolution

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at support@react-hub.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of ReactHub after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
